This guest room is the larger of the two. It has a queen size bed, a sofa that folds out into another queen size bed, and of course a dresser and closet with plenty of space. This room also has all the amenities of the motel (ie, coffee maker,cable,phone,etc.) The private bath has a stand up shower with no tub.
These two guest rooms with private baths are in the upstairs of the 1907-built home here on motel property. I live in the downstairs and rent the upstairs rooms out. The entry for these rooms is off the front porch of the house which is a private entry. The rooms are non-smoking. There is also a room with a twin-sized bed up here, but it is only rented out, if needed, in conjunction with one of the other rooms as it does not have its own bath.
